Spring close ups - 52 Photo Project - Week 10

Nothing significant has happened this week - yawn! We have done some making and we have been to Queen Elizabeth Country Park but I have already blogged about those. Otherwise it has been routine (blogged about that too!), job hunt and mostly grey, rainy weather. I have however been trying to perfect my close up shots with my little camera so this is what I am showing you this week. A close up of the not so often seen female catkin.

    1. It's a female catkin - usually you see the male ones which look a bit like cats tails but the female ones are much smaller but rather stunning in close up!
